March Madness Turntable Giveaway
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
Records on Main (“Sponsor”) is hosting the March Madness Turntable Giveaway (“Promotion”) on TikTok. By participating, you agree to these Official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before entering.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on March 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT) (201cPromotion Period201d). Entries received outside of this window will not be eligible.
3. SPONSOR

4. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
• Employees, contractors, or agents of Records on Main
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of the above
• Individuals who are prohibited from participating by applicable law
Void where prohibited. Records on Main reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, you must complete ALL of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
• Follow @recordsonmain on TikTok
• Comment on any designated Records on Main "March Madness" TikTok post(s) published during the Promotion Period
Multiple comments on multiple eligible posts are permitted, but each account is limited to one (1) entry total regardless of number of comments. Entries submitted via automated means, bots, scripts, or third-party entry services are void. Records on Main reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was submitted by fraudulent or automated means.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
• One (1) Victrola Stream Onyx Works with Sonos Turntable
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $799.00 USD
No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Records on Main. Records on Main reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, if any.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On or around April 3, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Records on Main or its designated representative.
The potential winner will be notified via TikTok direct message (DM) from @recordsonmain within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Records on Main is not responsible for any failure of the winner to receive notification due to spam filters, privacy settings, closed DMs, or any other technical issue.
8. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
The prize must be claimed in person at Records on Main in downtown Littleton, Colorado. No shipping or delivery is available. The winner will be required to arrange in-store pickup within fourteen (14) days of being notified and confirmed as the winner. Failure to claim the prize within this window may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of pickup to verify identity and eligibility.
9. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Records on Main reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Records on Main, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Records on Main's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Records on Main to use the winner's name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
12. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for purposes of administering the Promotion and will not be sold to third parties. By participating, you consent to Records on Main contacting you via TikTok DM regarding your entry and/or prize fulfillment.
13. TIKTOK DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to Records on Main and not to TikTok. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Records on Main, not TikTok.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
